Our plans are only intended as preliminary conceptual kickstarter to get the ball rolling on your project.
Professional builders and building designers can use your mapd concept as a starting point to develop your project from. It is up to these professionals to check all relevant authority codes, standards and requirements to test what is achievable.
Product and Ordering
Simply access our purchase order form page, fill out the order form with your preferences and the style of plan that suits your marketing campaign. We then take care of the rest and deliver your plan via email within 5 working days.
Alternatively, your selling agent can place an order through our realestate agents portal login on our website.
We offer afforbale concept plan solutions to suit varied marketing budgets. Simply follow the prompts when ordering to see our range of prices.
Generally, all our design team will require is an existing plan that is produced as part of the sales marketing campaign for the property. Provided there are general dimensions of rooms on the plans. You can upload this when you are completing your ordering form. There is also an option to provide additional information to assist our designers should you have it handy.
If you don’t have an existing plan of your house, we can provide this as an additional service for an additional fee. Contact us to request a quote. Alternatively, there are companies that do offer this services.
We will contact you with a confirmation email to let you know the process is underway.
We work within your time constraints. We allow approximately 5 working days for deliver of your concept plan. Some more technically challenging houses, multi-level or larger houses may take longer. We will contact you if we think the process will take longer than expected.
We will notify you by email that your order is completed and ready to be emailed.
Your plan will then be delivered as an email attachment in JPEG format.
